User Tips & Compatibility List
iLoaded videos are available in the following downloads:
WMV for Windows Media PCs and Windows-enabled portable devices.
Quicktime for iTunes/iPod and Mac.
3GP for mobile phones(smartphones)
3GP DRM for compatible mobile phones - Please check with your manufacturer for compatibility.

Windows Media Videos are available on a number of titles in both full resolution and smaller resolution. The full-size file is for users wishing to view content on full-size screens (Download the file direct to your PC/Laptop), whilst the smaller file is best for quick downloads when the user wishes to view the content on a small-screen device (Download the file to your PC then sideload via blutooth/wi-fi/USB). 3GP also works via sideload.
N.B. Protected Windows Media Files can only be played on PCs using XP/Vista with the latest version of Windows Media Player installed.
Furthermore, download a Windows file onto your computer and you can:
- Double click it to play
- Blutooth or wi-fi it to a compatible device
- Drag it into your video-media's library
Download a Quicktime/iTunes video to your computer, double-click on it and it copies automatically into your iTunes. It's that simple.
This is a guide only as PC, Mac, software and ‘device' specs vary. Check your device is capable of playing video files before downloading. (Refer to your devices handbook).
To view videos on iLoaded, you can:
- 1. Use the search facility (at the top of the page)
- 2. Click on a 'Category'
- 3. Click on a 'Hot-Pick'
- 4. Click on a video image
You can preview your videos by clicking on the ‘Preview' link. This will take you to a detailed page with a short clip of the video. To purchase videos, click the 'Buy' link. A pop up window lets you choose your perfect video format. This will automatically add your purchase to the basket (displayed on the left-hand side).
Once you have selected all the videos you want to purchase, click 'Checkout' to pay for your purchases
If all your downloads are free, simply enter your email address and agree to the iLoaded Terms and Conditions. You will then be given your download link on screen. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you supplied with your download link if you wish to download your videos later.
If there is a charge for one or more of your videos, you will be asked to complete the confidential form with your name and billing address. Click 'Next' to continue to the payment page. iLoaded offers Paypal as a payment method along with the standard credit card options.
Once secure payment has been received, you will be taken to a page where you can download your files. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you supplied with details about your purchase and link to the download page for your order.

iLoaded works with Protx and Paypal for its secure payment facilities.
Credit card details are taken on a 128-bit encrypted server, and are not held by either iLoaded or Protx.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Delta.
Depending on your location iLoaded handles transactions in Euros, Dollars or Sterling.
All times stated on iLoaded are in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
This is the current time in the UK, where iLoaded is hosted.
When you purchase a video from iLoaded, a unique download file is created. This file exists for one hour before terminating. During this time, you can download your videos as often as you wish. The expiry time is written on the email receipt sent to you on purchase.
After this time, you will not be able to access your download again. If there was a problem with your download you can contact the iLoaded Support Desk where our team will can help with any queries.

Can I change how the currency is displayed?
iLoaded employs sophisticated, state-of-the-art Geo-IP technology to locate your country of use.
This is part of our licensing requirements and helps to provide copyright and license protection for the major media distributors.
Our Terms of Use prohibit a user from downloading in a currency outside of their residence. Sometimes, we may get this wrong.
To manually set how the currency is displayed, choose the appropriate link and iLoaded will update automatically:
Change Currency to GB Pounds (£)
Change Currency to US Dollars ($)
Change Currency to Euros (€)
Some iLoaded videos are copyright protected using Windows DRM.
To transfer this type of file from your computer to Archos you must first activate the video file license on your PC using the license token in your iLoaded order email.
Please ensure your Windows XP or Vista has the latest version of Windows Media Player installed.
Please also check for media player updates for your Archos.
The Archos has various settings to determine how the PC or Mac will see it and interact with it. These are:
1. Windows Media Device
2. PC Hard Drive
3. PC Hard Drive (auto-ARCLib)
When shipped the Archos is set up as a 'media drive'. This needs to be changed to 'Windows Media Device'.
Once set to this, the DRM management feature starts working and you can easily move content management controlled files from your PC or Mac across to the Archos.
